The device configures itself
The laptop or workstation arrives enrolled. On first boot it pulls its profile, applies the security baseline, installs the standard software set, mounts the right drives and joins the right groups, all without anyone clicking through a setup wizard. By the time it reaches the desk, the only thing left is a single sign-in.
The desk you don’t have to look under
Every cable is measured, routed and clipped into an under-desk tray, then reduced to a single bundle where it has to leave the desk. Power, display, network and peripherals all disappear. From the front, the desk looks like a photograph.
Signed in before they arrive
Directory account, email, SSO, MFA enrolment, VPN, shared drives and group memberships are provisioned ahead of delivery. The new hire’s first sign-in lands them in a working environment, not an empty one.
Every unit known, from day one
Each device is asset-tagged, registered against the new hire and the cost centre, and logged with its serial, warranty and configuration. You always know what is on which desk.
One new hire, or a whole intake
The same process handles a single replacement laptop or a fifty-person graduate intake. Devices are batched, imaged in parallel and delivered to the right desks, in the right buildings, on the right dates, with the paperwork to match.
And cleanly undone when they leave
When a role changes or someone departs, the desk is collected, the device wiped, the accounts closed and the asset returned to stock or recycled, ready to be configured for the next person.

The device is imaged, joined to the directory, given the security baseline and loaded with the software the role needs. Accounts, MFA and access are provisioned so the first sign-in is the only sign-in.

We deliver to the desk, position the monitor, dock, keyboard and peripherals, connect everything, route the cables into an under-desk tray and tidy the desk until it looks like it belongs in a photograph.
Track, refresh, offboard
Assets stay registered against the person and the cost centre. When the role changes or ends, we collect the kit, wipe it, close the accounts and prepare it for the next desk.
