Every sourced and refurbished item carries a twelve-month warranty on the work, under Dutch consumer law. Because of the nature of what we do, the warranty covers repairs only, not returns or refunds. Custom sourcing, hand restoration and one-off work cannot be returned the way a mass-produced retail item can. Where an item is genuinely new and purchased directly from an authorised retailer, standard statutory return rights apply to that retailer purchase. Where an item is bought through a third-party seller, at auction or second-hand, no return right exists, and the twelve-month repair warranty is the protection we offer instead.

Almost anything physical that was manufactured in reasonable numbers, or in some cases anything at all if it was a documented one-off. The real limits are legality, safety and cost: certain items cannot legally be exported from some countries, some categories need specific licensing, and occasionally the only known examples are in museums or private collections that will not sell. When something is genuinely unobtainable, we will tell you rather than string you along.

Every part is sourced to order through our global network, and every rental is arranged on request to match the specific project. This is deliberate: it means the parts and the kit you get are matched to your actual job, not just whatever happened to be sitting on a shelf.

You tell us the dates, the kit and the outcome you need. We source the exact equipment through our rental partners and our own network, confirm availability, and send you a written quote with terms, insurance and lead time. Once you approve, we coordinate delivery and installation, provide 24/7 support for the duration, and collect at the end. The kit you get is the kit that fits your project, not a compromise from a fixed list.

You call us and we replace it. Our rental agreements include a service-level response and a same-specification replacement guarantee for failures that are not caused by misuse or damage. If you are on a shoot or mid-production and a workstation or a camera body fails, we will get a replacement to you as fast as a specialist courier can physically get there, and we will handle the repair on the original unit ourselves.

Yes. Roughly half our work is for private individuals and half for dealers, studios, production companies, small businesses and family offices. The service is identical for both, and we do not treat one category as more important than the other. If anything, the private clients often have the more interesting jobs, because they are usually looking for something that genuinely means something to them, not just another line item on a purchase order.
