Why we do this
Because latency, thermals and fit decide the outcome
A 20Nm direct-drive wheel at the wrong height, a triple-screen setup with the wrong FOV, a GPU that throttles after 30 minutes, a rig that is silent in the office but screams in a study. We design for the specific work of the specific person, so the hardware never gets in the way of the driving, the flying, or the playing.

When to call us
Before the first purchase, not after the first problem
The best moment is before the first purchase, when the room, the seating position, the display geometry and the workload are still open questions. It is also the right moment when you are upgrading (a new GPU, a new cockpit, a new set of panels), when your current rig has started throttling or crashing, or when you are moving the entire setup to a new house or a new study.
What happens if you do not
The rig works, until it does not
A consumer build drifts. Fan curves are never retuned, memory sub-timings are left loose, storage never gets debloated, the router never gets QoS, and within a year the machine is loud, hot, inconsistent, and slower than when it arrived. Sim hardware is no different. The difference between a good lap and a great one, in racing or in flight, is often one calibrated brake curve and one prioritised packet path that nobody configured. We configure it, and we keep configuring it.
What it feels like
Quiet, cold, and instant
The rig should be invisible. Cold to the touch on a long session, silent enough to hear your own wheel, and instant in every input. Everything is tested on the actual tracks, aircraft and games you use, so the first lap after we leave is the best lap you have driven so far.
